Vallarta Pride 

My team and I successfully developed the branding for Puerto Vallarta's significant LGBT event in Jalisco. We created a range of visually appealing materials that were utilised across social media and strategically placed in key locations. Through our comprehensive approach, we ensured a cohesive brand presence and engaged the target audience effectively.

Throughout the project, I established clear timelines, objectives, and regular checkpoints. Our open communication and collaboration with the event stakeholders ensured that our deliverables aligned with their vision.

By crafting captivating logos, banners, and social media graphics, we created a unified brand experience that resonated with the LGBT community. Our strategic use of social media channels amplified the event's visibility and facilitated engagement both locally and globally.

As a result of our efforts, the LGBT event in Puerto Vallarta experienced increased visibility, heightened engagement, and greater recognition within the LGBT community, around the world!

Festival Gourmet International

In summary, the comprehensive strategy for this client involved the branding for their gastronomy event's edition healed in Puerto Vallarta in 2019, including the 20th-anniversary Grand Gourmet Village's celebration and coordination of various events, such as the Safari Gourmet and the Festival Gourmet Final. 

As an event coordinator, I collaborated with the client to secure Vidanta's hotel as the venue for the festival's grand opening, attended by approximately 400 people and featuring 15 renowned restaurants.

PARTICIPANT RESTAURANTS 
I encountered communication challenges while coordinating with each restaurant leader, but I saw this as an opportunity to immerse myself in the Food and Beverage world. Despite the challenges, I effectively developed a new communication execution proposal and content delivery strategy that worked magnificently for both the chefs/owners and my team.

Additionally, I successfully met the deadlines set by the clients, collecting information about the restaurants' menus, guest chefs, special dinners, and schedules during the two weeks of the event. I ensured that this information was accurately showcased on the website, social media platforms, and printed magazine within the specified timelines.

By applying strong project management skills, I ensured seamless execution, timely deliverables, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the event planning and organisation process.

By effectively managing multiple projects, coordinating with my team, and implementing a well-structured work plan, I achieved consistent client retention and maintained a high level of quality in our design services.
