I successfully managed content scheduling and oversawing community growth across Poett's social media pages in Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Chile, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.
As the entrusted Community Manager for Poett, a prominent cleaning brand in Latin America under the Clorox umbrella, I had the privilege of connecting and nurturing the vibrant community through two impactful campaigns: "Re-discovering the senses" and "Love Evolution."
#1: Re-discovering the senses
Through a deep understanding of our target, we discovered that our community highly valued sensory experiences that created memorable moments with their loved ones.
Armed with this valuable insight, I implemented effective community management strategies, including active social listening, prompt responses to messages and posts, and the generation of creative approaches to engage our audience authentically.
#2: Love
Evolution
"Love Evolution" was a highly successful social media contest that exceeded our expectations in terms of engagement and participation.
The campaign comprised three challenges, urging our community to share photos with their loved ones and demonstrate acts of love for the world.
The level of organisation and administration for the vast amount of content received from participants (at least 3000 per country) was commendable.
